RESERVATION POLICIES

Deposits & Payments:
Once we have received your reservation information, your credit card or other charge card will be billed for the first night. The deposit amount is the one day fee charge. Additional charges to your credit card will be applied for additional nights upon check in. For all cabin, yurt, and RV reservations, a one (1) night lodging fee is the required advance deposit payable by cash, check or credit card. Refunds for advance deposits are available if requested before 48 hours of the reservation date.Check in time of 3pm. Family reunions require a $200 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellations:
We will refund any billed charges to your credit card if notified of the cancellation in writing (email or standard post mail) 48 hours prior to 3pm on the reservation date. No refund of deposit will be given on late cancellations made during the 48 hour time limit. It is highly improbable to rebook reservations within the time frame specified. If potential late cancellations are a concern then trip insurance would be recommended. Refunds for advance deposits are available if requested within 48 hours of reservation date.

No-Show Policy:
If you are a "no-show" and do not notify the resort in writing prior to 48 hours of your reservation we cannot refund your deposit. If no deposit was given for a confirmed reservation and you are a "no show", one night fee will be charged to your credit card.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies:
Check-in is 3:00 pm, in order to allow the time needed to prepare each cabin to our standards, we do not provide early check-in. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm you must call the office and let us know so we will have your check-in welcome package ready for after hours pick up. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Upon check-out, please remember to secure the cabin with all doors and windows locked and please turn the lights out. There is a $5.00 charge for lost room keys.

Terms and Conditions:
If my reservation has been confirmed online, I have read and agreed to the Reservations Policy and Agreement. By accepting the terms and conditions of the Reservations Policy and Agreement, I hereby give Heber Valley RV Park and Resort permission to charge the first night stay and the non-refundable reservation fee to my credit card.

CAMPGROUND POLICIES AND INFORMATION

  • Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Loud activities must be curtailed during this time.
  • The privacy of others should be respected, please do not walk across others campsites.
  • Picnic tables are provided to each site.
  • Open fires are only permitted in fire rings. No other fires are permitted outside the designated fire area.
  • Trash will be picked up at 9:00am each morning at the front of your RV site. Additional trash receptacles are provided on the west side of the park. Please place all trash in a plastic bag and tie it securely.
  • Restroom and showers are provided to registered guests and located in the Main Lodge. Additional restrooms are on the east side of the park. Children must be supervised in the restroom at all times. Please be respectful of others and help keep the restrooms clean.
  • Dogs and cats are permitted provided they are kept quiet, kept on a leash, kept off lawns and kept inside at night. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. We cannot allow your pets to interfere with other guest’s right to enjoy a clean, peaceful stay at Heber Valley RV Park and Resort.
  • Wildlife and domestic animals are on the frequently on our campgrounds. We encourage our guests to enjoy them, but please do not bother them. We cannot be responsible for their natural behavior.

Housekeeping & Amenities:
All cabins and yurts are made up with a clean supply of linens and towels. All units are fully equipped along with a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Complimentary satellite TV and WI-FI Internet access are provided.

Road Conditions:
Roads around Heber Valley, Utah can be curvy and steep. Although the roads are well maintained, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months and that you the drive cautiously and observe the speed limits. We do not refund due to road conditions.

Driving Directions:
Heber Valley RV Park and Resort is located two (2) miles north of Old Highway 40. Coming south from Park City on Highway 40 turn east (left) on Highway 32. Then on Highway 32 drive 2,000 feet and you will then need to turn north (left), which will be Old Highway 40, (Highway 40 and Old Highway 40 runs parallel to each other). Follow Old Highway 40 to the end (2 miles). At the end of the road and the base of the Jordanelle Reservoir is the Heber Valley RV Park and Resort. We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to offenders of the Heber Valley RV Park and Resort policies.
